Panthenol (Vitamin B5)

Vitamin B5 is a moisturizing booster that maintains skin’s moisture retention. It’s a humectant, which means it helps, the skin to attract water and then hold onto it. It’s anti-inflammatory and skin protecting abilities make it a skin care allrounder.

Madecassoside Extract

Madecassoside Extract is derived from Centella Asiatica Extract, soothing irritated skin and healing damaged skin caused by dryness. It provides a calming damage care solution to sensitive skin without weakening the skin’s protective barrier. Centella Asiatica Extract is also known for its fabulous benefits for the skin, including anti-aging properties and soothing effects.

Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract (Green Tea Extract)

Green tea is naturally rich in antioxidants, which help protect the skin from free radicals. It can also help improve the skin’s elasticity and make the skin look younger. In other words, it can possibly help slow down the skin’s aging.

After cleansing and application of toner &/or serum, apply a light amount (2-3 pumps) of the lotion on your entire face. Massage the product into the skin for better absorption. Allow a few minutes for the product to be absorbed into the skin and follow up with sunscreen for daytime.

If your skin needs more hydration, follow up with a thicker cream after your application of lotion before sunscreen in daytime. For night time, you do not need to apply sunscreen after an application of moisturizers.

Returns and limitation on opened product

We are so sorry if you were not happy with your new products. We want you to enjoy your experience with Meekah and our curated K-beauty as much as possible, which is why we are here to help.

We only accept the new and unused item with its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept used products for return.

The right to return products expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This means that products should be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and shipping label can be generated for the convenience of our customers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item. We will be happy to help you!

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Meekah GmbH c/o Hai Nguyen Mau Stallschreiberstr. 32A, 10179 Berlin, Germany.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
