Alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA): This acid dissolves dead skin cells and reveals healthy skin, improves wound healing, has a brightening effect on pigment spots.

BHA (Betaine Salicylate): 

Betaine Salicylate is a fatty acid derived from sugar beet plant. It occurs naturally in the skin and is widely used as skin-soothing agent. It is gentle on the skin while improving skin tone and texture. Unlike AHA, BHA is an oil-soluble exfoliator that can penetrate into deeper layer of the skin to help remove the uppermost layer of the epidermis. The removal of damaged skin cells encourages the growth of new and healthy skin cells. Moreover, BHA helps to improve acne by exfoliating from the deeper layer of the skin while reducing blackheads.

Lactobic acid (PHA): A gentle chemical peeling. Promotes cell renewal, counteracts hyperpigmentation.

Centella Asiatica Extract 

Centella Asiatica is rich in amino acids, beta carotene, fatty acids, and phytochemicals. This beautiful blend of natural nutrients provides fabulous benefits for the skin, including anti-aging properties. It helps reduce the visible signs of sun damage, and also strengthen the skin’s protective barrier.

Niacinamide:

Niacinamide or the active form of vitamin B3, is a perfect treatment against pigmentation, spots and wrinkles. Its anti-inflammatory properties are great for a gentle acne treatment, as it regulates the oil production and smoothes skin texture.

Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil:

Tea tree oil can help soothe dry skin by reducing irritation and itchiness. Tea tree oil can control oil production of your skin, which is beneficial for anyone with oily or combination skin. Moreover, it helps lower bacteria levels on the skin, reducing inflammation and targeting breakouts.

After Cleanser and Toner apply an appropriate amount on the skin. Pat into the skin until fully absorbed. Use in the morning and at night.

Returns and limitation on opened product

We are so sorry if you were not happy with your new products. We want you to enjoy your experience with Meekah and our curated K-beauty as much as possible, which is why we are here to help.

We only accept the new and unused item with its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept used products for return.

The right to return products expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This means that products should be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and shipping label can be generated for the convenience of our customers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item. We will be happy to help you!

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Meekah GmbH c/o Hai Nguyen Mau Stallschreiberstr. 32A, 10179 Berlin, Germany.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
