Witch Hazel can be found in post-cleanser toning step in a skin care routine for its tightening and toning properties. Not only it has properties as toning the skin, it also has an anti-inflammatory property to help reduce skin irritations. It also helps control skin oil production, making it a great ingredient for oily, acne-prone skin.

Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice:

Aloe Vera Leaf Leaf Juice provides an excellent cooling and soothing effect on the skin. It’s also deeply hydrating as dry skin is more likely to become irritated when not properly moisturized. This skin friendly ingredient is rich in vitamins C and E, which have protective properties. They help protect skin from damaging free radical molecules, while hydrating and soothing the skin.

After cleansing steps and applying toner, unfold sheet mask. Gently apply the mask and align at the eye and mouth area. Leave on for 20-30 minutes. Starting from edges, remove mask and pat remaining serum gently into the skin until fully absorbed. Place the mask into the fridge for extra freshness.

Returns and limitation on opened product

We are so sorry if you were not happy with your new products. We want you to enjoy your experience with Meekah and our curated K-beauty as much as possible, which is why we are here to help.

We only accept the new and unused item with its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept used products for return.

The right to return products expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This means that products should be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and shipping label can be generated for the convenience of our customers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item. We will be happy to help you!

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Meekah GmbH c/o Hai Nguyen Mau Stallschreiberstr. 32A, 10179 Berlin, Germany.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
